Belinda Parton started Alliance Solutions as a one-woman operation with extensive knowledge of the hiring practices of technology and engineering companies. It wasn’t long before the demand for contract labor engineering increased, and the requests for help finding high-level technical jobs intensified.

Belinda foresaw a rising need for employee support services; a growing need to attract and maintain talent; and an escalating need for back-office management services like employee orientation and termination procedures, benefits administration, and A/R, A/P, and Payroll management–all areas for which she had years of hands-on experience.

This gave her an opportunity to utilize numerous business resources to meet the client’s small business requirements. By securing these types of services for Adventa Corporation, Belinda was able to grow Alliance Solutions into a full-service staffing provider. As she continued to bring together additional resources: full life cycle recruiting & analysis; reference and background checks; drug testing; security clearances; and a variety of data compilation services to track diversity, worker’s compensation, wage and determination surveys, and government labor compliance acts – Alliance Solutions achieved big-company status operating within a small business structure!

Today, Alliance Solutions has evolved into the most highly specialized technical services recruiter for the aerospace, missile defense, and aircraft industries in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
